Summer Staycation Giveaway — Service First Heating & Air Conditioning

1. Eligibility. Open to Pennsylvania and New Jersey residents, 18+. Employees and immediate family not eligible.

2. Sponsor. Service First Heating & Air Conditioning, 201 S Lincoln Ave, Newtown, PA 18940.

3. Agreement to Rules. By participating, you agree to be fully bound by these rules and accept Service First's decisions as final.

4. Giveaway Period. Entries accepted June 1–30, 2026, 11:59 PM EST.

5. How to Enter. Social Media: Like post, follow on Facebook & Instagram, share and tag 3 friends. Direct Entry: Complete the entry form above. One entry per person per day.

6. Prize. One winner receives $1,200 Summer Staycation Package: 1-year maintenance plan (2 tune-ups), Honeywell WiFi Thermostat with installation, Solo Stove Summit Fire Pit. No cash substitution. Prize claimed within 14 days of notification.

7. Odds. Depend on number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection. Random drawing on or about July 1, 2026. Notified within 2 business days. Failure to respond within 2 business days or claim within 14 days may result in forfeiture.

9. Rights Granted. You grant Service First permission to use your name, likeness, and comments for marketing purposes.

10. General Conditions. Service First reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway due to fraud or technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability. You release Service First and affiliates from liability related to participation or use of prize.

12. Disputes. Governed by Pennsylvania law. Disputes resolved individually in Pennsylvania courts.

13. Privacy & Social Media. Subject to our Privacy Policy. Not sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.
