Summer Staycation Giveaway

Sponsored by Service First Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Summer Staycation Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania and New Jersey who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Service First Heating & Air Conditioning and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Service First Heating & Air Conditioning, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on June 3, 2026 and ends on July 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

Required Entry

To enter the Giveaway, each participant must complete and submit the official giveaway entry form available on this page. The entry form may be submitted one (1) time per participant for the duration of the Giveaway Period and constitutes the participant’s base entry.

Daily Bonus Entries

After submitting the entry form, participants may earn up to three (3) bonus entries each calendar day during the Giveaway Period by completing the following social media actions. Each action counts as one (1) bonus entry and may be completed once per day. Bonus entries are cumulative across the Giveaway Period (no overall cap).

• •Share or repost the official giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram: +1 bonus entry per day
• •Tag three (3) friends in the comments of the official giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram: +1 bonus entry per day
• •Tag @ServiceFirstHVAC in your Facebook or Instagram story: +1 bonus entry per day

The same action does not count more than once on the same calendar day. Bonus entries reset at 12:00 AM Eastern Time each day during the Giveaway Period.

Service First Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, use of fake accounts, automated entry methods, duplicate submissions, or violations of these Official Rules.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Summer Staycation Package with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,200, including:

• •One (1) Year Service First Maintenance Plan (includes two seasonal tune-ups; valid only within Service First’s service area)
• •One (1) Honeywell WiFi Smart Thermostat with professional installation
• •One (1) Solo Stove Summit Fire Pit

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Service First Heating & Air Conditioning reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 6, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

The selected winner will be notified by phone, email, or social media message within two (2) business days following the drawing.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within two (2) business days, or fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent for Service First Heating & Air Conditioning to use the winner’s name, city of residence, likeness, photograph, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Service First Heating & Air Conditioning reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

Service First Heating & Air Conditioning reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Service First Heating & Air Conditioning, its affiliates, officers, employees, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

12. Disputes

This Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania. Participants waive the right to participate in any class action proceeding related to this Giveaway.
